I went camping up at Lake Superior last weekend, and figured I'd share a few pictures of the sunset we were treated to on Saturday night. It's a beautiful place to sit and watch the sun set, for sure...

Lake Superior is a very nice sunset location, and did you take those picstures yourself, because they are very nice. I would know because I live really close to it :D

Very nice pictures, Ryan. Absolutely beautiful. I have a few pictures taken from the observation tower at pike lake (about 40 minutes from Milwaukee) around sunset. Though, admittedly, they aren't quite as good as these. I especially like the first one.
Which is your favorite?

Patrick - Yes, I took the pictures myself, with a Canon PowerShot S60. It's really a nice camera, I'd recommend it to anyone in the market for one. The camera takes decent video, as well, which is a big plus.

Pete - I agree with you. I like the first picture, as well.

Gorgeous. I was up at Mississaugi park a few weeks ago, but it seems you got a little farther north than that. It's just amazing up there...

I was just camping along Lake Superior last week. Absolutely gorgeous. Only makes me wish I'd gone up there sooner, having been in Michigan my whole life.

Where were you at? I went backpacking at Pukaskwa National Park for my trip.
