New Feature: Of the Moment

I've added a new feature to this site that I've been meaning to get to for a while. What it is is a "momentary" section, that will show up at the top of the homepage if I've made a post to it after my latest blog entry. The reason I added it is because I wanted a way to present information that wasn't significant enough to justify a full post.

I've yet to decide how I will fully implement it, but for now, it offers a way for me to post little updates on this and that. Below you can see what it looks like, and as stated earlier, it will show up at the top of the homepage when visible.

Sounds cool, man. By the way, I just thought I'd mention that you still call your blogging software "xBlog" on www.infinitywebdesign.com. ;)

For hosting try http://www.aqhost.com/

they are fantastic and in 1 year i have not seen any of my sites down. they must go down sometime but it's only for like 30 minutes every 6 months of something.

Plus they send you a nice welcome package and are really helpful if you have a problem.

if you like the site can you use this link to sign up as i referred you.

It really is a good host.

I assume that hosting example was dummy-text well-done you have now turned this into a ISP sales pitch people.

I don't think that was the intention of the sample.

Actually, it wasn't dummy text - I am considering finding a new host, though I may also decide to ride out the wave and see how things go throughout the next few months.

However, the momentary entries aren't necessarily meant to be commented on. Perhaps at some point I'll make the system a bit more robust, to allow for comments, but for now, it was simply added so I have a way to post little things that don't require a full entry.

If you would like to comment on something I post there, you can always use this to contact me.
